At Premium Spares we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. This is why we supply as much product information, specification and images on each product as possible.In order for you to make an informed purchase, our live
technical support team are available to answer any product related queries prior to purchase. Please utilize this resource in order to ensure that an accurate purchase. In the event of you not being satisfied with the product, Premium Spares has the following return policy:
1: You no longer want the part/item that you purchased.
Log
your return within 7 days of delivery, we will provide a full refund
provided that the item is unopened and in its original packaging. Return
shipping is for the buyers account.
2. The item does not fit your vehicle.

provided that the item is undamaged and in its original packaging. We
will cover the return shipping if we supplied the incorrect item.
Unfortunately should you have ordered an incorrect item, then shipping
will be for the buyers account.
3. Issue: The item is faulty within its warranty period
Depending
on the nature of the item, you may need to provide proof of
installation at an RMI approved workshop and vehicle service maintenance
records. We will cover the return shipping if the item is genuinely
faulty.
Return Process
- Return is logged.
- Item is returned to Premium Spares.
- Item is assessed by our technical department.
- If item qualifies for a refund or replacement, this will be processed within 5-7 days.
